A two stage renovation: first the kitchen was gutted to the drywall and rebuilt, then new hardwood stairs to the basement and second floors complete with a new basement.

Added to this newly built condo: custom library cabinetry, fireplace with floor to ceiling black stone surround, new “smart” lighting, all to match the modern theme of the unit.
