Not afraid of colour or being different, this homeowner wanted a more open space, that blends modern decor with a family friendly style for the newly purchased 70’s era home.

Imagine the stair case to the left in golden oak with burgundy carpet. Upon immediately entering the home the look is completely different.
The homeowner needed extra space and elected to have their basement finished. The lovely new stairs completely upstaged the main stair case to the second floor, so it was redone.
This was stage two to an earlier reno, where the kitchen was gutted and transformed into an open and airy space complete with new garden doors, white custom cabinetry, tile floors and a dual fuel range fit for a chef.
